As the Southern Brazoria County area continues to grow, securing land for Habitat for Humanity of Southern Brazoria County home projects becomes more challenging.  If you are aware of  a parcel of land in the area that may be available, we'd like to talk to you!

Habitat for Humanity of Southern Brazoria County accepts donations of land provided it meets our requirements. Our Property Management team will inspect the land to determine if it is buildable for us. Once Property Management determines the property is buildable, we will request a title search. If the title is clear, we will proceed with the legal process of transferring title of the land to us and providing a tax receipt.
