The past year (2006) HFHSBC has built five houses in southern Brazoria County. The cost of materials and land for these houses was over $200,000.The costs are borne by HFHSBC. At this point about half the costs are offset by mortgage payments from houses previously built. The remainder must come from gifts from the public. Hundreds of volunteers donate their time and talent in the building. We welcome both gifts of time and treasure.
